Everything is currently a pre-order

Every towel on this site is available for pre-order only. Nothing ships before 5 December 2026.

When you place an order today you are reserving a towel from the December run. You are charged at checkout, not at dispatch, so your card is billed when you place the order — roughly three months before it ships.

If the 5 December date changes, we'll email you before it passes and you can take a full refund or wait for the new date.

 Rates

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express delivery is available at checkout for $15.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only at the moment. We're not shipping internationally yet.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Christmas
Pre-orders shipping 5 December are expected to arrive well before 25 December in the continental US. We can't guarantee carrier timing in December, so if a towel is a gift, order early rather than late.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking stops moving for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you.
